Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

We will communicate any changes should we experience delays due to a high volume of orders.

Shipping zones and rates
Delivery takes place within 5 - 7 business days using the Standard shipping option. As soon as your shipment is processed, we will provide shipment confirmation along with tracking details.

Returns and Refunds

Everything You Need to Know

We have a 14-calendar-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, no scratches or chips, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at return@africanwomengallery.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
